My birth philosophy comes from my belief that our bodies were designed to give birth. I believe we are born with the innate knowledge and wisdom necessary for birthing our babies, and that the tools are provided when we need them.

Unfortunately I believe our innate wisdom has been tamped down by society's ever increasing quest for more, better, faster, making birth feel like a product on the assembly line.

Whether you choose to birth at home or in a hospital, with an epidural or IV pain meds or no medications at all, lying on your back or kneeling over a birth tub, I believe that we can follow your instinctual wisdom to create the birth you want.
