Creating a birth plan is less about the "plan" and more about knowing all the options. It's great to have a plan of how your ideal birth will go. But it's also very important to know that things can change in the moment. External forces can change your plan, or you may simply change your mind once you're in the moment. Either way, it's important to have thought about all the possibilities and options. As a former OB nurse I can help guide you through thinking about the changes that can happen throughout the birth process.
